Discussion

Shape/Proportion- Josh has his painting on a slanted angle and is zoomed in to where you can only see the face and the left arm. 

Color/Hue- Josh is using a different backround for his, he is adding a creative backround instead of doing the one in the picture. I think it's cool how he left some backround of his last painting, it actually makes the whole painting pop.

Texture/Stroke- Josh has great texture and I like how he blended all the colors. He also has the edges around the block corresponding with the face of the block. He also made the girl's hair in different stokes going all over the place which makes the hair like the original photo.
